Where is the shop?
Located in the heart of the lively Avenue Louise district in Brussels, La Baraque Orta is our only permanent address.
Come and discover the new collection, our timeless pieces, our leather goods, Orta La Suite and many other surprises.
The team is always happy to welcome you, to delve you into the Orta world, give you our best advice and pamper you. This is of course the opportunity to try on all your favourite pieces and find the size that suits you best!
What are the opening hours and address of La Baraque?
La Baraque is located at 16A rue Jean Stas (1060, Brussels) where the team welcomes you non-stop Monday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Can I have my order delivered to the shop?
Of course you can! Just place your order the usual way on our eshop. A little subtlety when choosing your delivery method, simply tick the box "Pick up at La Baraque" and voila! The big bonus is that you get free delivery!
Once your order has been confirmed, it will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive at the shop. You are notified by email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. You have 15 days to collect it.
Can I return my eshop order to the shop?
You can of course come directly to the shop to return your online order. Just as for a classic postal return, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your package to return anything that doesn’t suit you.
To return an item in our shop, it is imperative that you first create a return request for the item(s) concerned, from the "my returns" tab in your Orta customer area.
You will be able to exchange the item for a different one or request a refund. In the case of a refund, this will be made via the payment method used during your online purchase in 3 to 5 working days after your visit to the shop.
If an article purchased in the shop does not suit me, can I return it and be reimbursed?
You've changed your mind? Don't worry, you also have 14 days after your purchase to return anything that doesn't suit you.
The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of your purchase or in the form of a voucher if you prefer.
Is it possible to put an item on hold in the shop?
Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve or set aside an item at La Baraque.
Can I use my gift card or voucher at La Baraque?
If you have received a gift card or voucher, you can use it at La Baraque by simply giving us the required code when you check out.
What are the available payment methods at La Baraque?
When you visit the shop you can pay for your purchases by credit card, cash or Orta gift card.
Do you offer an alterations service?
During your fittings at La Baraque, if your favourite piece needs a little alteration to make it fit perfectly, you can leave it with us to have it adjusted.
The Orta Team works closely with a professional tailor who can offer certain touch-ups, the details of which you can find at La Baraque.
PS: This service is only available for Orta pieces.
I have a problem with one of my Orta pieces, can I return it at La Baraque?
If you have any problems with one of your Orta pieces, you can contact our customer service at bonjour@orta-store.com.
The team is available to provide you with a quick solution, within 2 to 3 working days.
Without contacting our customer service first, the La Baraque team will not be able to help you.
Can I find the same pieces at La Baraque as on the eshop?
It would require a lot of space to be able to offer you as many pieces in the shop as on the eshop!
However, our team does its utmost to provide you with a wide choice of articles so that you can find what you are looking for when you visit. You will always find the current collection as well as many pieces from the most recent collections.
Our new collections are usually released on the first Sunday of the month, so please note that the new collection is always available in the shop on the Monday following its release.
In addition, a selection of our timeless pieces are also permanently on display at La Baraque, so you can create your most beautiful looks.
Finally, when you visit us at La Baraque you will also have the opportunity to discover " The Exclusives " which, as their name suggests, are pieces only available in our shop. They can be brand new models or iconic Orta creations in a new colour or print for example.
I have a question about a purchase made in another of your locations (pop-up store), what should I do?
