My voucher/gift card isn't working, what can I do?
If you get an error message when you try to redeem your voucher/gift card with your order, please check that you are logged in to your Orta customer account.
Then, please check that there are no spaces before or after the code.
Also, if you have already used your voucher/gift card once in a previous order, please note that the remaining balance is on a new voucher, it is the old code to which you must add "-2".
Finally, if you are still having problems redeeming your voucher/gift card, please contact us by email at bonjour@orta-store.com.
My payment was refused, what should I do?
If your payment was refused, your order has not been processed.
We invite you to place a new order.
My order status says "payment error", what should I do?
This means that your order has unfortunately not been processed. Don't worry, you won't be charged. You can now place a new order with your favourite items.
I want to place a pre-order. When will I be charged?
When you buy our lovely pre-ordered items, you will be charged when your order is confirmed, as you would with a regular order.
You will then receive your parcel with the pre-ordered item, according to the delay announced at the time of your purchase. This period is generally one to two months and varies according to the items and their different stages of production.
