The answers to your questions
How long are my items reserved in my shopping bag?
Have no worries, your basket is reserved for 15 minutes.
After this time, the items will be made available again to other customers, so if something catches your eye, don't be shy.
I haven't received a confirmation email for my order, is this normal?
Remember to check that it hasn't slipped into your spam. If you can't find it, please have a look in your customer area in the "My orders" tab.
If the order is there, don't worry, it has been confirmed.

Can I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible, for logistical reasons, to change your order.
If you wish to order another size, simply place your order again on our eshop.
If you wish to change your delivery address, this is possible as long as your order has the status "payment accepted". Please contact us by email at bonjour@orta-store.com.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, simply send us an email at bonjour@orta-store.com, specifying the order number for the order you wish to cancel.
When the status of your order is being prepared or delivered, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Unfortunately, this is not possible from a logistical point of view.
You will have to wait until you receive your order before you can return it.
What is the status of my order?
In the "My orders" tab of your customer area, you can find the history of all your orders and their status.
If the status of your order is "payment accepted", this means that it has been confirmed but that its preparation has not yet begun.
If the status of your order is "preparation in progress" it means that it is in the hands of our logistics team and that its shipment is close.
Once your order has been dispatched, its status is "in delivery". You will find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email for your order.
You can also find the tracking link for your package in the "My Orders" tab in your customer area.
Click on the "Details" tab of the order you wish to track. You will find the direct link to the website of the carrier responsible for the delivery of your package as well as other information about your order.
The status of my order indicates "awaiting restocking", what should I do?

My order status indicates "payment error", what should I do?
This means that your order has unfortunately not been processed. You can now place a new order with your favourite items.
I would like my orders to be grouped together, how can I do this?
If you have placed several orders in the same day, they will automatically be grouped together. The extra delivery costs will be reimbursed when the order is dispatched (on the payment method used at the time of your purchase).
Please note that the grouping of orders is only possible if you have chosen the same delivery method and exactly the same delivery address.
However, it is not possible to group your orders and your pre-orders together because your packages will not be sent out at the same time.
Where can I find my receipt?
Your receipt is available in the "My orders" tab of your customer area.
Click on the "Details" button of the order you are interested in. On the page that appears, click on "Download your receipt in PDF format".
I have placed a pre-order, what happens next?
When an item is available for pre-order, you have the opportunity to order the item that caught your eye for several days.
Once the pre-order period is over, we send all your beautiful orders to our workshops, who get straight to work.
Orders will be dispatched around 4 to 8 weeks after the confirmation of your order.
I have placed an order and a pre-order, will they be grouped together?
You can order and pre-order at the same time! However, your packages will be sent separately, so that you don't have to wait for the pre-order period tto be over to receive your order.
