How do I create an Orta account?
Nohing could be easier than creating an Orta account is easy:
- Click on "My account" at the top right of the homepage
- Enter your email address
- Fill in the registration form and confirm
Welcome, you are now part of the Orta community! :)
How can I create my customer account after my first purchase in a store ?
Thank you for visiting us for the first time and welcome to the Orta community!
To finalize your registration, go to the email you received to choose your customer account password.
Once your account has been created, you can find your purchase in the "My orders" tab.
I've lost my password, what should I do?
No worries, just click on the "My Account" tab on the top right of the homepage and click on " Forgotten password?" After entering your email address, you will receive an automatic email allowing you to reset your password.
How do I add a new delivery address?
Nothing could be easier! Go to your customer area by clicking on your name at the top right of your screen. Then click on the "My personal information" tab and then on "My addresses".
You can now modify an address that you have already registered or click on "Add a new address". Fill in the requested information and click on "Save".
